Flux Auto

Flux Auto is building autonomous mobility technology to fully automate the movement and operation of vehicles in controlled spaces. Flux is currently deploying in warehouses, farms and mines.

  • Responsible for conducting thorough testing of various robotic stacks and hardware, as well as maintaining the perception stack, including the 2D LiDAR.
  • Incharge of tuning the transformation frames(TF) of 2D lidars and configuring the SICK 2D Lidar using SICK Safety Designer.
  • Coordinating with different teams in India and Mexico to deploy robots at client location.

The Centre for Excellence in Robotics (CER) at IIT, Kharagpur, India, is an umbrella body, under the aegis of which, all robotics-related activities of the Institute will be conducted and coordinated.

  • Conducted a research project, designed a prototype robot, and successfully tackled the challenges of speed, position, and distance control for a nonholonomic wheeled mobile robot using a differential-drive system.
